Debugging from board

I have a microcontroller stm32 series on one PCB board.I tried to debugg the memory with the st link v2 mini dongle and utility software.but couldn't connect.

If not Your Board, device perhaps protected against code recovery or debugging.

Check you pin selection is correct and power/ground attached appropriately.
