devnonce is too small

hi guys,

I am experiencing an issue related to the "devnonce is too small" error. When I attempt to switch end nodes in the TTN network, I change the end node network keys (such as Join EUI, Dev EUI, and App Key) through USART. I stop the LoRa MAC, deinitialize it, and then start it again with the new end node network keys. However, I encounter the "devnonce is too small" error during this process.
