Disabling M4 core through CubeProgrammer on Nucleo STM32H755ZIQ: It takes too long

Hello all, I disabled the M4 core based on the tutorial by ST Employee mEALLEm, I pressed Apply, saw the option byte successfully programmed notification, but I have been waiting for MCU disconnect notification for 20 minutes now. The LD4 keeps blinking greed and red. Is there something I am missing because it should not be this long ?

Thank you
