execution time and timing calculations for CAN bus and SPI

Hi,

Anyone can help with resources (videos, Documents), to understand how to calculate time delay and execution time for CAN messages and SPI communication. I am working on STM32H7 MCUs and need to get a close estimation about the time delays, for example:  receiving messages through CAN network and sending these messages to another MCU through an SPI protocol, assuming both MCUs working in sync.
