Failure modes for STM32HXX Processor

I'm doing an MTTFd, just wondering what the failure modes are for this processor. I.E Outputs stuck high, output

[Tesla DeLorean]

Which processor? Summary says HXX tagged as F0

Things are apt to have millions of gates, bit simplistic to assume pins will just latch up.

Could presumably just stop, output randomly or not even start at all. Not to mention software induced failures.

Would suggest working with your FAE to determine if your application is suitable or a supported business space. And with QA to understand the fault coverage and testing methodology.
