I am looking for reliability data for the STM32L151 series microcontrollers, including:
- FIT rates (failure rates)
- MTBF/MTTF calculations
- Lifetime expectations
- Qualification test results

Could you please provide the relevant documentation or direct me to the appropriate resources?
