Flash and RAM integrity check

How can i do the integrity check for flash and RAM in STM32H735?.Please guide me.

Thank you so much for reply. I am using STM32H735 for avionics application. In that system or application i have to implement built in self test feature.

1.What is difference between SIL ready and ClassB ready safety package?

2.Which one most suited for avionics application?

3.shall i need to pay for using SIL ready safety package in my system?

Cant help You a lot with this.

ClassB safety is for Houshold appliancies, while SIL is for industrial appliancies, avionics have there on regulations.

I never had to work witn avionics safety.

                 I understood it not for avionics application. shall i need to pay for using SIL ready safety package in my system or is it free of cost?
