    Hello @gaixin

You can use Both ST-Link V2 and V3. You just have to make sure that it is a genuine ST-LINK (specially for the ST-LINK V2).

    Best Regards.

    Yes.

For a V2, just be sure to get a Genuine one.

You can see the full range of development tools on the 'Tools & Software' tab of the Product Page:

    https://www.st.com/en/microcontrollers-microprocessors/stm32c091cc.html#tools-software

    PS:

The full range of ST-Links is here:

    https://www.st.com/en/development-tools/hardware-debugger-and-programmer-tools-for-stm32/products.html

See also: TN1235 - Overview of ST-LINK derivatives

Note that there are several variants of ST-Link V3 - from low-cost to fully-featured.

Even the cheapest V3 (STLINK-V3MINIE) is more versatile than a V2 - wider operating voltage range, and has a VCP (Virtual COM Port).

    Note that the NUCLEO-C092RC comes with a built-in ST-Link.
