I cannot use my STM32H723ZG because I cannot install 1.11.2

I am attempting to install the appropriate software packages so I can use my STM32H723ZG.

 

However the 1.11.2 file cannot be unzipped.  The IDE reported the error and I confirmed it by downloading the package and attempting to unzip it manually.

 

Please help me remedy this as soon as possible.  Maybe a valid zip file needs to be uploaded?

I resolved the issue.  I just had to clear some space on my hard drive.
