I have Doubts about NVS(Non volatile Storage) topic

Hello Everyone,
I create a NVS_Driver in STM32 controller, I have Doubts about the NVS, Can you Help me, I am Confused about How to make an NVS_Driver (Read, Write) Operation, Can you give some tips to create that,
--> some doubts
--> How to send the NVS Data to PC to MUC (we want to use any communication interface??).
