Information on STM32F1 technology node

Hello everyone,

I would like to know the technology node (i.e. 180nm, 90nm, etc.) of the STM32 microcontroller STM32F103C8T6. I can not find this information.

    Yes, the original STM32F103 from STMicroelectronics is produced in 180nm technology.

    However, we cannot comment on illegal counterfeits, which are particularly often seen with the STM32F103C8T6 (e.g. on the so-called Blue Pill). In such a case, you must contact the counterfeiter in question.

    As far as I know STM32F1 is 180nm technology.
