Internal pull-up and pull-down resistors on JTAG pins [STM32H743XGH6]

Does the STM32H743XGH6 have a pull-up/pulldown resistor built into the JTAG pin?

Is it necessary to add external resistors?

We ask this question because the AN4488 application note does not cover this product.
