KSZ8863RLL (dual PHY) - datasheet typo/error?

Heyho,

first of all, I know this is a Microchip product, but their forum is rather dead.
And I have seen some people here using the KSZ8863RLL. So please bear with me...

I'm currently working on a big and complex PCB including the "dual PHY" KSZ8863RLL.
In the current datasheet I just found in table 4-1 the info, that MIIM register 0x1D with Link (test) / status info is not supported on PHY1, but only PHY2.

Is that a typo? In the following register description table 4-2 the register is listed for PHY1.

Here's a screenshot of table 4-1:

I need to start PCB layout soon, and might have to switch ports.

Thanks in advance!

Just in case someone else comes across the same problem:

MCP says it's a datasheet error in table 4-1, PHY1 also supports that register.
