May I ask whether ST has STM32F412RGT7 model and Operating temperature to 105°C.TKS!

according to the DS11139:

The MCU STM32F412RGT7 doesn't exist but we have the STM32F412RGT6 and STM32F412RGT6TR who support a temperature range between -40 to 85 °C and we have the STM32F412VGT7who support a temperature range between -40 to 105 °C.

You can see the available variants in the website of the base model (here STM32F412RG) under "Sample&Buy" tab.

Also, if you look at the table in "Product selector" tab of the whole series, there is a "Maximum temperature" column, so you can select according to that (e.g. there is a -7 suffixed STM32F412RE - although real availability at distributors may still be questionable).
