I'm working on a project with the STM32G4 MCU. I want to know the maximum temperature at which the MCU can operate at full power. What is the corresponding internal MCU temperature for that value?

What does the temperature information in the above image signify?

    Dear @Locnvselex_vn ,

Maximum junction temperature TjMax for the part ending with 3 is 130Degree C and the ones by 6 will be 105 Degree for more details refer to this Application Note :https://www.st.com/resource/en/application_note/an5036-guidelines-for-thermal-management-on-stm32-applications-stmicroelectronics.pdf

you reach max Ambiant temperature up  XX degree but will depend on your package , Power ( I* V) and also PCB .

    hope it helps you
