MTBF or FIT for component STM32F446RET6

Dear all, I need to know : 

1.MTBF(Mean time between failure)

2.Longevity.

3.Shelf life or storage life.

For component: STM32F446RET6

I already try a online support, but the site show me “we can’t save this record ”.
