I require assistance in finding the reliability data for the products. I have search through the website but regrettably, I have not been able to find the required information. The components of interest are identified by the part number STM32L071KZU3. In particular, I am in need of Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) or Failure in Time (FIT) values pertaining to the provided criteria:

Confidence level: 60%

Operating temperature: 55°C

Activation Energy (constant): 0.7 eV.
