STM32F412ZGT6 are come in Reel packaging, I need the tray dimensions to ensure the tray fits properly in the pick-and-place machine. What is the feeding direction and pitch dimension?

Could you help me locate the tray drawings for the STM32F412ZGT6 with the 144-LQFP (20x20x1.4 mm) package?

I can't find out anything regarding this.
