Is there any chance that ST gets their document system a little more sane like:

- provide date of last release on the website.

- not to use 4 names for the same document.

The use of RM0090 has been pretty consistent. There are dozens of Data Sheet/Manuals for specific part designations.

The site is a bit of an unmanageable train wreck.

I believe Uwe meant the fact that for example RM0090 goes under the DM00031020.pdf filename, and is labelled on the pages' footer as Doc ID 018909. This is similar for the other published materials.

RM0090 rev.11 is out.

Datasheet for STM32F40x is in it new rev.6 too. I did not check for other STM32F4xx, but I assume they have new revisions of datasheets too. An interesting detail, reflected both in the datasheet and RM0090 is that the allowed range for PLLs output is now extended downwards to 100MHz. Strangely, the datasheet states the same power consumption at this frequency as it used to be for the significantly higher 192MHz... Could somebody from ST comment on this, please?

Hi waclawek.jan,

To answer you question: We just improved the PLL VCO characteristics to output lower frequency 100MHz for more flexibility. But the IDD characteristics remain the same. So, the values provided in datasheets aren't wrong.
