One chip solution for STM32H7 or N6-series?

Hi!

Does anyone know if there is a chance there will be a launch of a one-chip-solution for any of these MCU-series during 2025?

What I mean is an MCU with large built-in FLASH + RAM preferably with a LQFP100/144-package (like the U5-series).

We are prototyping an industry application for smaller product series. The potential extra MCU cost for a chip with large built-in memory would be marginal. We are much more interested in an easier PCB-design, lower PCB manufacturing costs and not to mention an easier hardware maintainability over time.

For N6 product, I don't think there will be an embedded Flash at least in the near future.

H7 maximum 2MB of internal Flash. 

STM32U595 has 4MB of internal Flash and 2.5 Mbytes of RAM.
