Question about VREFBUF configure

Hi,

I am using STM32H725REV6 chip in our product. Based on my understanding, since this is 68pin version which doesn't have VREF+ pin, the VREF+ is internally connected to VDDA. If my understanding is correct, I would like to ask if we would like to use VDDA as reference voltage, how to configure the VREFBUF register to use VDDA as reference voltage.

You can't use VREFBUF, just leave it at its reset state.
