RAMECC1 register reset value

Hi,

MCU -stm32h743

I have noticed that some RAMECC1 registers have a non-zero value on reset which is against the information given in the datasheet. For example, see the snapshot below:

This is when the control is at the starting of main(). As per table 12 in RM0433, this registers should be 0x00 on reset. Could you please let me know why is this so ?

NOTE: RAMECC2 and RAMECC3 have all the registers with value 0x00
