According to the datasheet yes and you need to drive it with LTDC interface over RGB lines.

Thank you for youe answer. I have a problem with the RK043FN66HS-CTG display because i want brightness 1000cm/m^2, can you suggest me another display for STM32F756BGT6 with 4.3in, 480 x 272 pixels and 1000cm/m^2?
