Are the steps followed for RTC calibration the same for crystal and temperature variation?

How is the calibration register value selected for temperature variation?

There is only one way to calibrate LSE--the method outlined in your previous post.

If temperature is frequently changing and this drives changes to the crystal, you can re-calibrate every so often. The internal temperature channel can be used to monitor swings in temperature.

The relationship is typically nonlinear.
