SDRAM made IS42S16400J(6TL-1) trouble double sending

when I am using frequency 266mhz after that I am sending the string Hello world in 0XC000000 0 but in address, 0xC0000080 appears again, can you help me with0693W00000aHTB1QAO.jpg0693W00000aHT6MQAW.jpg the case?
