The best document I can suggest you is the AN5688. For pin compatibility, you can create a project based on your MCU on CubeMX and find all pinout compatible MCUs following this picture :

unfortunately, there is not such a document. You should do the migration based on the datasheets and reference manuals of the MCUs.
