Question

SMPS core supply for STM32H573AIIQ

Hello Team,

We are using STM32H573AIIQ in our application. We are using SMPS to power the core supply. we have used external inductors and capacitors as per datasheet recommendations.

When we tested the core supply, during power up, there is a overshoot of 300mV. Looks like it is clipping due to some internal diodes. I am not sure. Just wanted to know whether this overshoot will cause any damage to the uC?

I am attaching the waveform below: Blue(uC 3.3V supply rail) Yellow ( smps core o/p)

    Dear @madhu1 ,

    this might help :

let me know if it confirms your observations. You can play with the VOS Bits and increase the VCore voltage to reach 250MHz after this power up phase .
