STM32 ADC3 acquisition twice

I would like to use the ADC3 of the STM32H7 series chip to realize that the voltage is collected once, and then the voltage is collected at a different point (meaning is it necessary to use two channels, because I see several channel choices in there), how can I realize such an operation?
