STM32 Blue pill board not detecting after first code download

I downloaded the USB boot loader (generic_boot20_pc13.bin) to STM32 Blue pill and I am able to detect the board in Arduino IDE. But when I flash the simple blinky code to board from Arduino IDE, the board looses connection. When USB boot loader is flashed again the board detects. Looks like I am missing something while programming boot loader or application code. Can someone help me on this?

This thread relates to a so-called Blue Pill, which uses illegally cloned STM32F103. ST resources are only dedicated to supporting genuine ST products. We are not committed to ensuring that clones/fakes products work properly with the firmware we provide.

We recommend to purchase genuine products from STMicroelectronics and purchase them from known and trusted distributors.
