STM32 H5 I3C ENTDAA DynamicAddrCallback at 7th byte

During ENTDAA, HAL_I3C_TgtReqDynamicAddrCallback callsback and wait for me to SetDynAddr after the seventh Byte, still one byte short (DCR Byte), and this causes my target to shift out the DCR while the controller shifts in the assigned Address at the same time. How do i fix this?

sorry ignore, its 8 bytes discounting that there're no tbits between each.
