I am using the STM32F746 board and trying to program the microcontroller. However, the STM32Cube IDE software is showing an error, as shown in the figure. The "stlink_USB" and "5V" are connected.

We need a lot more information.  What version of CubeIDE (don't say "the latest")?  What board are you using - a Nucleo board?  You own custom board?  What STLink are you using - the one on the Nucleo board?  A stand-alone STLink?  If stand-alone, provide a picture of it.

You say "stlink_usb" and 5V are connected - is you board powered from an external 5V supply?

I am using version 1.15.0 of STM32CubeIDE. I have an STM32F746 Discovery Kit with an integrated STLink. I power the board via the USB-STLink cable connected to the computer. We have also tried to program the board with three different computers
