Hello @murali and welcome to the ST Community :smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:.

I suggest you to take a look at the CAD Resources of this MCU. For the schematics, you can find a schemtic available for any STM32 board on the on the ST website.

    Best Regards.

@murali - "I tried but I could not download the schematic"

The schematic is included in the User Manual for the Nucleo board, and can be downloaded separately as "design files" under "CAD Resources":

@murali - "I used the IC specially for CAN protocol but I don't know for connection"

Then look at the STM3210E-EVAL - that has CAN:

again, schematics will be on the 'CAD Resources' tab

Did you check-out the Product Page:

    https://www.st.com/en/microcontrollers-microprocessors/stm32f103rc.html

It recommends the NUCLEO-F103RB - you can download its schematics from:

    https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/nucleo-f103rb.html

    It also mentions the STM3210E-EVAL:

    https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/stm3210e-eval.html

    And the Documentation list includes:

AN2586 - Getting started with STM32F10xxx hardware development

The Data Sheet includes useful info like power supply, crystal, reset, etc:
