TBH I'm not finding the presentation compelling. If you put devices in RDP 1, or they arrive in that mode, probably not going to be readable second go around.
ST-LINK Utilities have been obsolete for years, and not seeing ANY of the connectivity data.
These things drawing excessive current? Stand up to X-Ray analysis showing a different die, or bond-out, or board level failings?
