There is STM32F4DISCOVERY Kit which is a low-cost and easy-to-use development kit to quickly evaluate and start development with the STM32F4 series. It includes an STM32F407 microcontroller, which is very similar to the STM32F405 (This board will help you get started with your development on the STM32F405 microcontroller).

Otherwise, I recommend you use the ST-MCU-FINDER tool, which is included in the STM32CubeIDE and STM32CubeMX tools. This tool allows you to search for products and find the one that best fits your needs.
