STM32F405RGT6 Device Marking

Hi, I have the part STM32F405RGT6 with date code:2318 (does not have the ARM marking) and date code: 2440 (with the ARM marking) on the package body. Both coo: China

May i know if anyone can advice or any PCN that support on this body marking changes, when was this ARM marking took place.

    Different die here. The 2440 is more consistent with product I've seen. France/Crolles has been the primary diffusion site, Taiwan was brought up as a secondary source during supply chain disruption.

    - “VQ” for ST Crolles CR300 (France)
    - “9R” for TSMC Fab14 (Taiwan)

    Honestly this marking is consistent with CHN-GQ/GH since 2016, might be helpful to illustrate both markings.

    The molding and marking is generally a function of the particular plant, line and equipment

     any PCN that support on this body marking changes from DC:2318 to 2440, when was this ARM marking took place.
