STM32F407ZGT6 chip marking problem

我们这次购买的芯片上没有ARM标记，右上角的版本号改成了二维码的形式。

请咨询我们的供应商，不同的产地/包装厂/批次会有所不同。但是我们的质量部门不会库存它们。

标记的变化比较大。此标记更改是否有相应的文件？

Translation:

There is no ARM mark on the chip we purchased this time, and the version number in the upper right corner has been changed to a QR code.

Please consult our suppliers, it will vary by origin/packaging plant/batch. But our quality department does not stock them.

The mark changes are relatively large. Is there a corresponding file for this markup change?

We introduced this change last year on this particular package from our Backend factory in Taiwan . You refer to this PCN - Product Change notification where we changed Gold to copper and introduced in same time the 2D QR code marking , with no more ARM Logo .

For the STM32F103VCT6 model in the picture, the date code (DC) is the 28th week of 2023. Why is there no 2D QR code marking? Didn't it come with a 2D QR code marking after the change in 2022?

According to PCN https://www.mouser.com/PCN/STMicroelectronics_MDG_23_13841.pdf, this change for COO of  Taiwan, and there is no document stating the change for COO Malaysia.
