Stm32f446re with E22t900d

Firstly, hello, I currently have the Nucleo-F446RE and E22t-900d LoRa module. First of all, how do I connect these two products? Then, how can I send the data I receive via the stm32 card to another LoRa module connected to the USB port of my computer?

 

Could you share the cable connection, code and similar parts between the Stm32f446re card and the lora module?
