I need to Know STM32F767ZIT6  I am developing project on these Dev board I need to know about upto 5 years are its will available in market or not

    Isn't there a 10 year commitment logo on the product page? Or a schedule?

    You can always buy and inventory whatever depth of stock you need for your long term projected use.

    Design in a way that allows for multiple different parts, CudeIDE/MX should have a tool indicating what parts fit.

    As long as you find a reliable supplier, five years is not a problem, and the price is cheap. They may even be willing to ship to you first.

    STM32F103 "17 years old" MCU (the first STM32 MCU) still there on the market, I don't think STM32F7 a "9 years old" MCU with a successful family will have less duration presence on the market.
