Hi i am planning to use internal comparator.

The propagation delay for comparators are 31nS which is at 25 deg C

Can you please let me know what is the all drifts and all propagation at 125 Deg C?

So you know : prop.delay 15..31ns, offset -9 ... 3 mV , at -40...125° ambient .

If you need faster or higher precision comparator, use separate precision comparator chip.

so shall i can consider no wall these reading for max 3mV and 31nS at 3.3V is at 125 deg C ambient.

Right, from ds it should stay in/under these limits at all temp in allowed range.
