I am able to do a line reset, enter into JTAG_SWD mode and read the SWD_ID.

I want to know how to configure the core registers for SWD initialization process.

I don't have a big idea about the Debug, but you can take a look at the Reference Manual RM0492, specifically section 41 Debug Support (DBG), it might help you.
