STM32H563 I3C target I3C_SER DOVR but I3C_EVR TXFNFF not asserted

I want ust I3C private Read as target but send only 8byte and this error to Error Handler.

Please check if you have the condition described in the STM32H563xx Errata sheet which is related to I3C controller: unexpected read data bytes during a legacy I2C read.

some times the Controller  SCL all clock  forever and not to stop.
