STM32H563 maximum current consumption of AD converter(RUN mode)

I searched about STM32H563 maximum current consumption of AD converter when run mode on datasheet and reference manual.

I could't find AD converter's maximum current consumpsion on datasheet and reference manual.

I want to consider external LDO for VDDA by AD converter's maximum current consumption.

Please advise for me.

Any LDO will have more than 1mA output...even the smallest have 50mA or more max. output current.

Why ? ultra low noise LDO ? H563 has 12b ADC , so not much to gain , if VDD has LDO anyway.

Thank you for your advice.

I was searching on keyword "current consumption".

VDD need many current by logic circuit around H563,
so, generate from switching regulator circuit.

therefore, I considering LDO for VDDA.
