STM32H723VGT6 hardware error interrupt is occurring

hi ；During the operation of STM32H723VGT6, the constant input bus error and hardware error interrupt occurred, and the clock is 280M. The PWR_REGULATOR_VOLTAGE_SCALE1 is unstable. The clock configuration __HAL_PWR_VOLTAGESCALING_CONFIG(PWR_REGULATOR_VOLTAGE_SCALE0) was modified. The result is stable. Could you please help confirm what the reason is

can you let us know which clock is at 280MHz , CPU one of AXI Bus or AHB ?

A special care also to check with pins 48 and 73 that are connected to VCAP capacitor of 2.2uF having a Lower value may create such behavior .
