Hi Team,

We used the STM32H753VIH6 in our current design and validated

We are looking for the leakage current data of the STM32H753VIH6.

We want to validate the leakage consumption under no load condition.

Please provide the data on this.

For the I/O leakage current, please refer to the datasheet specifically "Table 59. I/O static characteristics" for rev Y and "Table 156. I/O static characteristics" for rev V.

Hi Elabi,

 

Thanks for the data.

 

We have measured the leakage current of STM MCU the value is nearly 21mA.

Condition: STM is not flashed/programmed, we erased and then done this experiment.

 

Please provide your thoughts on this.

Hi @Sathya_Priya,

You can refer to the tables "Typical and maximum current consumption" and use the part "all peripherals disabled" and choose the table that corresponds to your use case and conditions (frcc_c_ck, Temperature, VOS...) found in the datasheet, specifically starting from section "6.3.6 Supply current characteristics" for rev Y and from section "7.3.6 Supply current characteristics" for rev V and you can find your  leakage consumption.
