For STM32H7S7L8H6 part we are planning to use below oscillator in our design. Request you to confirm which parts are more compatible with STM32H7S7L8H6.

2) DSC1101CI5-025.0000

Thanks for sharing the details. I go through it. Based on that I think below parts are ok.

 

But can you also please confirm from below parts which one is more compatible with STM32H7S7L8H6?

1) DSC6101ML3B-025.0000

2) DSC1101CI5-025.0000

Ok these are crystal oscillators (XO) and they are compatible to all STM32 MCUs and you need to use RCC in Bypass mode.
