STM32L031K6T6 can't connect to st-link

Hi.

I got a new (never used) STM32L031K6T6 chip. Put it on a breakout board. Add a 0.1uF and a reset switch.

I am powering the chip through the st-link.

Tried it with BOOT0 High & LOW. did not work.

What I found weird too is that the REST pin is always LOW on the chip.

    Show a complete wiring diagram, perhaps a picture of implementation.

    Make sure VDDA/VSSA is connected, the power-on-reset / PLL are in the analogue domain, not just ADC/DAC

    Check part orientation, don't confuse pin 1 designator, and not ejection mold tooling marks.

    If authentic ST-LINK make sure VTarget reflects 3V3 supply

    This part has only VDDA. and that was the problem. I hock it up to 3.3V and every thing worked. Thanks.
