STM32N6 unused XSPI pins

Hi all,

I'm designing STM32N655L0 based board and I've one question.

I'm using XSPI1 and XSPI 2 peripherals.

• XSPI2->Octa SPI mode, NOR Flash
• XSPI1-> SDRAM, Hexa SPI

So my question is can I use unused CS, NCLK pins as an IO?

I just wanted to be sure.

Yes, it's possible. Just be sure that these GPIOs are not used and not interfaced with external memories.
