STM32U3 series wake-up from Stop 3 mode on SMPS current/charge discrepancy

The datasheets for the new STM32U3 MCUs (375/385) list wake-up from stop3 on SMPS in uA (current), whereas for LDO the docs list the same specs in charge (nAs).

Checking the U5 datasheet and the numbers are correctly listed in nAs units. However, the values for U3 are 40-60uA, so if I add 's', it will result in fairly high figures. U5 MCU figures are ~150nAs.

Please confirm that if it's 40-60uAs or 40-60nAs, or something else.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

The unit in table "Current consumption during wake-up from Stop 3 mode on SMPS" should be "nAs" instead of "µA".

This typo is reported internally.
