To build multiple STM32 MCU boards and able to be flashed from a host

Hi,

could share a proper way in the following scenario?

1. How do we design customized boards developed from Nucleo series, and still be able to flash it properly without wiring hassle or ST-link module? Is there a ST reference circuit available? What name does it call?

 

2. If I will have 80 to 100 same STM32F767 based units in the hall, I want to flash Hex to them altogether . How to do that? Should we use the CAN and Ethernet? I dont know.
Is there a professional way to do that?
