TSOVF not set in VBat mode ?

Hi I'm playing around with the RTC & tamper peripherals of the NUCLEO-H7S3L8. 

I'm wondering if the TSOVF can be set when multiple tampering are detected in VBat mode ? If I'm not mistaken, the RM doesn't say anything against it. However, using the RTC_Tamper example, I notice that it's not the case. When connecting back the main power, the tampering is detected and the timestamp generated corresponds to the first event but TSOVF is not set.

Could anybody confirm that behavior ?
